Habitat Canada is partnering with Green Terra Homes to aid families achieve affordable owning a home
Habitat for Humanity Canada and Green Terra Homes are excited to announce a new phase with their partnership that will aid families achieve affordable homeownership across the country. Being an ongoing commitment, Green Terra Homes gives the clientele the option to donate one per cent of the tariff of their purchase to Habitat Canada.
Like Green Terra Homes as well as customers, Habitat Canada believes in the significance of sustainable building.
“We’re happy to be partnering with an innovative company like Green Terra Homes,” says Mark Rodgers, Ceo and president of Habitat for Humanity Canada. “This relationship signifies that both Green Terra Homes and Habitat Canada are dedicated to designing and constructing homes that allow families to become strong, stable and independent.”
Both organizations also teamed up in 2015, with Green Terra Homes creating a dedication to provide Habitat Canada with steel home framing kits.

About Green Terra Homes
Established next year, Green Terra Homes is Canada’s first simply CWB CSA A660 and CSA A277 certified steel frame Modular Homes factory. Prefab homes and manufactured homes are constructed using steel from typically six recycled cars, saving around 40 trees per home.
