We understand that participants on the retreats have their own story and being in a peaceful environment allows us heal & recharge, moving forward which has a clear mind and open heart.
Yoga courses are taught alone, Amber. I will direct you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting one’s body alignment, chanting in the heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With years of experience as a massage & yoga therapist and having the pleasure training classes at studios and retreat centres around the globe, connecting with others coming from all different backgrounds and walks of life.
I used to be honoured to become a qualified yoga instructor within the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a professional yoga school in India.
I can guide all levels whether you’re not used to yoga or more advanced and searching to improve and increase your regular practice.
My partner Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is known as the Chinese type of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to aid cultivate your Qi connecting with our universal elements. Ivan has plenty of experience teaching at yoga workshop & abroad and it is currently completing his training together with the Shiatsu College in London beneath the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.
On your keep with us you will end up served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
As well as the daily Yoga and Qigong classes we provide raw food nutrition workshops where you can learn how to prepare basic and tasty recipes.
Additionally, you will get the chance to participate in in reiki healing plus a selection of massage treatments.
