We know that participants on our retreats their very own story and finding myself a peaceful environment allows us heal & recharge, continue having a clear mind and open heart.
Yoga is taught by myself, Amber. I will show you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting the body alignment, chanting from your heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With experience as a massage & yoga therapist and having the pleasure of teaching classes at studios and retreat centres around the world, connecting with people all different backgrounds and areas of life.
I had been honoured becoming a qualified yoga instructor within the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a licensed yoga school in India.
I can guide all levels regardless if you are not used to yoga or higher advanced and searching to strengthen and improve your regular practice.
My lady Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is called the Chinese form of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to help you cultivate your Qi connecting with the universal elements. Ivan has plenty of experience teaching at yoga workshop london & abroad and is currently completing his training using the Shiatsu College working in london underneath the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.
Within your stick to us you will end up served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
Along with the daily Yoga and Qigong classes you can expect raw food nutrition workshops which you could discover ways to prepare basic and tasty recipes.
You will also have the opportunity to sign up in reiki healing and a various massage treatments.
