For several years I had difficult times i became driven to determine the things were happening if you ask me.
This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, that I almost overlooked Life Hacks and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I am aware, that I was in preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I became residing in hell. The perception I’d of my experience then was not great, I became more tightly focused from the negative, packed with fear looking for an individual something like that the culprit and take responsibility.
Eventually I stumbled upon that I was not on your own going through difficult times, there where lots of others going through tough experiences too. Though their experiences were a bit different to mine, these were still being challenged to the core, which means this provided comfort knowing that the hard journey was not just for me. Due to this understanding I started to offer myself permission to come out of the victim mindset which in fact had me in the mental prison for countless years. The thing is that all people have to undergo some difficult times at different periods of our lives and no-one really knows why we need to have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of what we are capable of doing about this? A lot of people get stuck here, due to this question. You tell yourself that you do not follow simple proven steps which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
Everything you decide to do here will define the way that you will follow. Lets take an example. Have you felt as you were a sufferer associated with a circumstance? What will happen that mindset can be a spiralling on to negative emotions you’ll begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down from the dumps? This is common to the majority of us, we have areas were we are adamant it is beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for all of us to help make the assumption it is somebody’s fault, so when you commence to think such as this celebrate you lose your handle of what’s happening. When investing in in that mind-set or belief it is quite difficult to come out of it, you will require something a lot more powerful mind-set that you can be free.
At this time most are asleep, so they really should wake up using their slumber. When you find yourself wake up something changes, you feel mindful of the way you have already been playing smaller than average are becoming a sufferer.
