Remember when returning to school meant buying a few notebooks, a whole new box of crayons, and new shoes? If you wore a uniform university, it is likely you got some of those too; or else, you got a few new outfits. That has been it.
Well, times have changed. The availability list now contains things that was previously provided by the colleges – like scissors, glue and tissues. Every child requires a new backpack, notebooks, paper, pens (red, blue and black), glue sticks, ruler, tape, scissors, markers, folders along with a calculator. For those who have two children so you shop the sales, you’ll probably still wind up coughing up greater than $100.00 in supplies alone. Understanding that doesn’t even count the brand new clothes your youngster “has to have” or fees which might be required for art projects, lab costs, etc.
Don’t even get me going on the supplies, including furniture and appliances, your kids needs for faculty. Will it ever end?
